Make time, Postage, Delivery
Make time - our make time is in working days, we're very busy all year round so please make note of the processing times before placing your order.
Our current dispatch time is 10-14 working days from placing your order, we try our very best to dispatch orders much sooner than this but during busy periods or with sudden large volumes of orders we have to stick to the current dispatch time displayed here.
POSTAGE

UK shipping - a fixed £4.99 for all items up to £74.99 - dispatched in 3-5 working days and sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.
-Orders over £75 qualify for FREE DELIVERY - dispatched in 3-5 working days and sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.
-Priority shipping is fixed £12.50 - dispatched in 1-3 working days and sent via Royal Mail 24hr tracked.

IRELAND - a fixed £12.99 regardless of the size of your order, please note that as a result of Brexit you are now soley responsible for any customs charges and import tax/fees to be paid before delivery of your item can be made. We take no responsibility for this, any items that are returned to us as a result will be held until the re-shipping charge is paid to allow us to re-ship your order.

DELIVERY
Please note dispatch is not the same as delivery, you will need to add Royal Mail's delivery times onto our dispatch time. Royal Mail delivery times are outside of our control and can be longer during peak seasons.
All orders are sent via a fully tracked door to door service via Royal Mail 48 or 24hr. Royal Mail delivery times can vary during busy periods, and we hold no responsibility for postal delays as this is outside of our control.
Incorrect addresses - Love and Lace Designs takes no responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses, we ship to the address that you input when you place your order.
Tracked service - all orders are sent via a door to door tracked service, you will receive your tracking number once your item is dispatched via an automated email. If you're not home when delivery is attempted you can arrange for a re-delivery via the tracking details. If your order is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the re-shipping charge for us to re-send your order.
DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
We only deliver within the UK and Ireland
